Criteria for covering training costs in the CDNA branch

Following the meeting of the SPP on July 10, 2024, the criteria for the funding of vocational training in the branch are changing in light of budget trends and the level of consumption observed.
These criteria will come into force for companies in the sector on August 1, 2024.
Work-study programs not eligible for equalization payments
Exercising the tutoring function (EFT) :
Professionalization contract: €80/month for 6 months (unchanged)
Apprenticeship contract: €80/month for 4 months (reduced by 2 months)
Pro-A: €80/month for 6 months (unchanged)
Tutor/apprenticeship master training: €15/hour, up to a maximum of 40 hours (unchanged)

The maximum amounts covered are as follows:
Companies with fewer than 11 employees: €2,500/company/year, educational costs only (up from €700)
Companies with 11 to 49 employees: €3,300/company/year, training costs only (€800 increase).

The limit for catalog access is :
Companies with fewer than 11 employees: 4 registrations/company/year (unchanged)
Companies with 11 to 49 employees: 8 registrations/company/year (unchanged).
All other criteria remain unchanged.
The aim of these adjustments is to better adapt training and support schemes to company needs, while optimizing available resources.
