Galerie des Modernes

Founded by Philippe Bismuth and Vincent Amiaux on the Rive Droite in Paris in 1998, the Galerie des Modernes first specialised in French master paintings dating from 1910–1940, before enlarging their range to incorporate the whole of the 20th century. Located in the Carré Rive Gauche since 2012, the gallery opened a new 100 m² split-level space at 13 rue des Saint-Pères in the 6th arrondissement in 2016. Here, they present carefully selected paintings, drawings and sculptures by artists connected with the most important modern art movements.
