In an ever-changing neighborhood, Colette Colla opened the gallery Univer in 2006 in place of a 300 m2 artisan’s workshop. This vast space allows two artists to be showcased side by side with a large selection of their latest works. While the gallery is built around painting, between figuration and abstraction, papers, sculptures and installations are also exhibited, giving the public the opportunity to discover the whole range of each artist’s work.
What’s more, a selection of works remains available and on display throughout the year, so that artists can be represented and shown on an ongoing basis. Wandering around the gallery offers new discoveries every time, and is also a place for informal encounters with the artists.
