IFCIC

Created in 1983, IFCIC is a credit institution specialized in financing the cultural sector. The State has given it a mission of general interest: to facilitate access to bank credit for companies in the cultural and creative sectors. IFIC is familiar with the specificities of art galleries’ operations and provides them with financial support in the event of difficulties or for projects.

The Professional Committee of Art Galleries is part of the committee of experts that allows IFCIC to provide banks with sector expertise. This allows the setting up of loans that meet the specific needs of galleries: credit openings intended to refinance payment deadlines granted to collectors, financing the production of works by the gallery’s artists, etc.
