1 immeuble, 1 œuvre
Created in 2015, the 1 Immeuble, 1 Oeuvre charter aims to install art as close as possible to everyone, in private buildings. It is part of the ministerial policy of supporting artistic creation and disseminating the visual arts to the widest public.
In 2021, 56 real estate actors have signed the charter, including developers, real estate companies and social landlords. All undertake to call on a living artist, by ordering or purchasing an existing work, in the field of visual arts, and to bear the artist’s remuneration, as well as the costs of making and installing the work.
The Club 1 Immeuble, 1 Œuvre, in collaboration with the Professional Committee of Art Galleries, offers all its property developers, signatory members of the 1 Immeuble, 1 Œuvre Charter, to distribute their calls for applications to CPGA member galleries.
The CPGA communicates the calls for projects received by the promoters of the Club 1 Immeuble, 1 Oeuvre. In response, each gallery member of the Professional Committee of Art Galleries may submit 2 artists.
